My name is Pavel Křeček, I live near Třebíč in the Czech Republic. I love life, beautiful things and everything that doesn't need to be explained.

The line between a photographer who takes photographs and a photographer who creates art is subjective and can vary depending on the individual's perspective. However, in general, a photographer becomes an artist when they use their technical skills and creativity to create images that communicate a message or evoke emotions beyond simply capturing a moment. Fine art photography often involves a deeper level of thought and intentionality in composition, lighting, and subject matter. It may also involve post-processing techniques to enhance or change the appearance of an image to achieve a specific aesthetic or mood. In contrast, a photographer who takes still images may focus more on accurately capturing a moment or scene without much thought about artistic expression or interpretation. Whether or not a photographer is considered an artist is ultimately subjective and depends on the viewer's interpretation and appreciation of the images.

I am currently studying for a master's degree at the Institute of Creative Photography at the Silesian University in Opava Czech Republic

I am a member of the international photography association Grey Zone Collective and the Třebíč Photo Club Trefos.

I work as an exhibition producer at the non-profit organization We Photograph Without Barriers.
